Target Information
Arg 및 c-Abl은 Abelson 계열의 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제로, SH3 도메인을 통해 Arg/Abl 결합 단백질과 상호작용합니다. ARGBP2는 sorbin 및 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 단백질로, 세 개의 C-말단 SH3 도메인과 N-말단 SoHo 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. 이 단백질은 상피세포 및 심근세포에서 신호 복합체를 조립하는 어댑터 단백질로 작용하며, Abl 계열 키나아제와 액틴 세포골격 사이의 연결 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
