Target Information
ENPP1 유전자는 ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase (ENPP) 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 두 개의 동일한 이황화 결합된 소단위체로 구성된 type II 막관통 당단백질로, 다양한 기질의 인산디에스터 및 피로인산 결합을 절단하는 광범위한 특이성을 가집니다.
이 단백질은 nucleoside 5'-triphosphate를 해당 monophosphate로 가수분해하거나 diadenosine polyphosphates를 가수분해할 수 있습니다.
ENPP1 유전자 변이는 특발성 유아 동맥 석회화, 척추 후종인대 골화(OPLL), 인슐린 저항성과 관련이 있습니다.
