For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RBBP9 (Retinoblastoma Binding Protein 9) may play a role in cellular transformation by conferring resistance to TGF-beta1-mediated growth inhibition through interaction with retinoblastoma protein and displacement of E2F-1.
This gene encodes a protein involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants producing identical protein products have been reported, one of which is a candidate for nonsense-mediated decay.
