Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Upon serum stimulation, KIS, a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, phosphorylates CDKN1B/p27Kip1, controlling its subcellular localization and G1 phase cell cycle progression. This protein contains an RNA recognition motif (RRM) domain and may be involved in RNA trafficking or processing.
KIS is widely expressed, with highest levels in skeletal muscle, kidney, placenta, and peripheral blood leukocytes.
