Target Information
This gene encodes one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. The Arp2/3 complex is involved in the regulation of actin polymerization and is evolutionarily conserved. The p34 subunit encoded by this gene has two characterized alternatively spliced variants, while additional variants have been described but not fully defined.
