Target Information
Anti-Sheep 2차 항체는 양(ovine) 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생산되며, 이후 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 정제됩니다.
