For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

GDP dissociation inhibitors (GDIs) regulate the GDP-GTP exchange reaction of Rab family small GTP-binding proteins, which are involved in vesicular trafficking between cellular organelles. GDIs slow the rate of GDP dissociation from Rab proteins and release GDP from membrane-bound Rabs.
GDI1 is mainly expressed in neural and sensory tissues. Mutations in the GDI1 gene have been associated with X-linked nonspecific mental retardation.
