Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

TRIM9 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, which includes three zinc-binding domains—a RING, a B-box type 1, a B-box type 2—and a coiled-coil region.
The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies, though its precise function has not been identified.
Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
