• Reacts with heavy chains of rat IgG and light chains common to most rat immunoglobulins.
• Does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins; possible cross-reactivity with other species.
• Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
• Fluorescein Amax: 492 nm; Emax: 520 nm.
• Fluorophore/Protein ratio: 10.2 µg/mg; approx. 3.8 moles FITC per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
• Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water (final 1.5 mg/mL).

Target Information
