Target Information
Platelet endothelial aggregation receptor 1 (PEAR1)는 혈소판 간 접촉 시 신호를 전달하는 혈소판 수용체로, 혈소판 활성화와는 독립적으로 작용합니다. 생리적 작용제에 의해 유도된 혈소판 응집 시 PEAR1은 티로신 및 세린 인산화되며, 이 인산화는 혈소판 응집 억제제인 eptifibatide에 의해 저해될 수 있습니다. 최근 연구에서는 PEAR1의 유전적 변이가 혈소판 응집 반응 증가와 관련이 있을 수 있음을 시사합니다.
