Target Information
DDR2는 RTK(receptor tyrosine kinase) 계열의 하위군에 속하며, factor VIII 유사 도메인을 포함한 독특한 세포외 영역을 가지고 있습니다. DDR1 및 DDR2는 Gleevec에 의해 강력히 억제되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. DDR2는 정상적인 골 발달에 필수적이며, MAP kinase를 통한 신호전달 경로를 통해 전사인자 RUNX2를 활성화시켜 골아세포 분화 및 연골세포 성숙을 조절합니다. 또한 MMP1, MMP2, MMP13의 발현을 증가시켜 세포외기질 재구성을 조절하며, 세포 이동 및 종양 세포 침투를 촉진합니다. 섬유아세포의 이동 및 증식을 유도하여 상처 치유에도 기여합니다.
