Product Description
Norgen’s Urine Exosome Purification and RNA Isolation Kits provide an all-in-one system for exosome purification and exosomal RNA isolation from urine. The process is based on spin column chromatography utilizing Norgen’s proprietary resin.
These kits isolate all sizes of RNA, including microRNA, without bias and eliminate the need for special instruments or reagents. Elution volume is flexible (50–100 µL). Purified RNA is of high integrity and suitable for qPCR, RT-PCR, Northern blotting, RNase protection, and expression assays.

Storage Conditions and Stability
- Store all buffers tightly sealed at room temperature
- Stable for 2 years after shipment
- Warm Lysis Buffer A at 60°C for 20 minutes if salt precipitation occurs
Important Note
Urine stored at -70°C, -20°C, or 4°C may form precipitates affecting exosome recovery.
Use Norgen’s Urine Preservative for optimal nucleic acid and protein preservation in fresh urine at room temperature (stable for >2 years).
