Product Description

Norgen의 Low Abundance RNA Quantification Kit는 PCR 기반 검출 절차를 통해 매우 낮은 농도의 RNA를 정량할 수 있습니다. 키트는 두 가지 주요 효소 시스템으로 구성되어 있으며, Norgen의 microScript Reverse Transcription system과 PCR Master Mix, 그리고 특수 조성된 프라이머 혼합물을 포함합니다. 인체 유래 다양한 시료(예: 액체 생검 등)에서 RNA를 증폭할 수 있으며, 형광 DNA 염료를 포함하고 FAM/SYBR Green 검출이 가능한 모든 Real-Time PCR 시스템과 호환됩니다. 미지 RNA는 제공된 RNA Standard로부터 생성된 표준곡선을 이용해 정확히 정량됩니다.
