The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RRM2 is one of two non-identical subunits of ribonucleotide reductase, which catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. The synthesis of the M2 subunit is regulated in a cell cycle–dependent manner.
