For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

The homeobox DNA-binding domain is a conserved 60 amino acid motif found across species and functions in DNA binding via a helix-turn-helix structure.
PRRX1 (paired related homeobox 1), also known as PMX1 or PHOX1, is a 245 amino acid nuclear protein containing one OAR domain and one homeobox DNA-binding domain, belonging to the paired homeobox family.
It acts as a transcriptional co-activator enhancing SRF-dependent gene expression and regulates creatine kinase-M transcriptional activity, contributing to mesodermal muscle type formation.
PRRX1 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms, PMX1-A and PMX1-B.
