Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cell division cycle-associated 7-like protein (CDCA7L, also known as RAM2) is a transcription factor involved in transcriptional regulation and apoptotic signaling pathways.
It acts as a repressor that inhibits monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) activity and gene expression by binding to its promoter region.
CDCA7L plays an oncogenic role in mediating the transforming effect of MYC in medulloblastoma cells.
It may function downstream of P38-kinase and BCL-2, but upstream of CASP3/caspase-3, CCND1/cyclin D1, and E2F1.
