Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cell division cycle-associated 7-like protein (CDCA7L, also known as RAM2) is a transcription factor involved in transcriptional regulation and apoptotic signaling. It represses monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) activity and gene expression by binding to its promoter. CDCA7L plays an oncogenic role in mediating MYC-induced transformation in medulloblastoma cells and may act downstream of P38-kinase and BCL-2, but upstream of CASP3/caspase-3, CCND1/cyclin D1, and E2F1.
