CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)는 T 세포 및 B 세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체입니다. ITIM 모티프를 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소 결합 부위를 제공하며, 혈관계에서 광범위하게 발현되어 인접 세포 간 접합부에 주로 위치합니다.
N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종결합을 통해 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다. CD31은 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역신호 조절, 자가면역, 식세포 작용, 알레르기 반응 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생물학적 기능을 수행합니다.
혈관계의 주요 조절 분자로서 연구용으로 사용됩니다.
