CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)는 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체입니다. ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공하며, 혈관 내피세포 접합부에 주로 존재합니다. CD31의 N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합에 관여하며 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 세포 부착, 혈관신생, 세포 이동, 면역 조절, 자가면역, 식세포 작용, 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
