Product Specific Information

This affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse Brn3b. A BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with rat (100% homology) and human (91.7% homology).
Target Information
POU4F2 (Brn3b) is a member of the POU-domain family of transcription factors involved in regulating cell identity.
In the human retina, POU4F2 is expressed in a subset of ganglion cells, playing a role in determining or maintaining the identities of specific visual system neurons.
