Product Specific Information

This affinity-purified antibody is directed against human EIF2A. A BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with mouse antigen based on 86.7% homology with the immunizing sequence.
Target Information
EIF2A is a 65-kD protein that catalyzes the formation of puromycin-sensitive 80S preinitiation complexes.
