Target Information
Adrenomedullin (ADM)는 대부분의 수축성 세포에서 생성되는 혈관 확장 물질로, 지속적인 저혈압 활성으로 특징지어집니다. 체액 및 전해질 항상성 조절과 심혈관 기능 유지에 관여하며, 고혈압 환자에서는 혈장 내 ADM 수치가 상승합니다. ADM은 강력한 나트륨 배설 작용(natriuretic action)을 가지며, 이는 사구체 여과율 증가 및 원위 세뇨관 나트륨 재흡수 감소에 의해 유도됩니다. ADM은 말초 및 뇌 모두에 존재하며, 음식 섭취 감소와 같은 중추 효과도 나타낼 수 있습니다.
