Target Information

Anti-Rat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target molecules. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
