Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. These antibodies are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets. Secondary antibodies provide versatility by enabling various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and greater sensitivity through signal amplification. They are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
