For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional round of desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cytokeratin pan is a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins characterized by remarkable biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides.
Cytokeratins range in molecular weight between 40–68 kDa and have an isoelectric pH of 4.9–7.8.
Their expression patterns are specific to epithelial type and differentiation stage, making them valuable markers for distinguishing epithelial malignancies.
Cytokeratin antibodies are widely used in tumor diagnosis, cytopathology, and flow cytometry.
