Product Specific Information
The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody is used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis
- Tested Applications: Flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes
Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody.
Super Bright 645 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser line (405 nm) and emits at 645 nm.
Recommended filter: 660/20 bandpass.
When using multiple Super Bright dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
Excitation: 405 nm
