Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈계 세포나 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
이 단백질은 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase의 주요 조절인자로 작용합니다.
CD45는 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 이소형으로 존재하며, 이소형 간에 세포막 내 위치 및 발현 양상이 다릅니다.
또한 T세포와 B세포의 항원 수용체 신호전달 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
