Target Information
Granzyme B는 cytotoxic T 세포와 NK 세포의 과립에 존재하는 serine protease 계열의 단백질입니다. 세포독성 T 세포가 표적 세포의 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 유도하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. Granzyme B는 caspase-3를 절단하여 DNA 절편화를 유도하며, Bid 단백질 절단을 통해 미토콘드리아 경로로도 작용할 수 있습니다. Granzymes는 CTL 및 NK 세포의 특수 과립에 저장된 중성 serine protease로, 마우스에서는 A~G까지 여러 종류가 알려져 있습니다.
