Target Information
Beta Arrestin 1은 다양한 조직에서 발현되는 단백질로, 특히 중추신경계에서 풍부하게 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 어댑터 또는 스캐폴드 분자로 작용하며, 세포 내 신호전달 및 G단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)의 탈감작화와 내재화에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
리간드 결합 후 GPCR은 GRK에 의해 인산화되며, Beta Arrestin 1은 인산화된 수용체에 결합하여 Ras, Raf, ERK1/2 신호경로를 활성화합니다. 또한 세포질 내에서 ERK1/2에 의해 Serine412 잔기가 인산화되고, 음성 피드백 메커니즘을 통해 조절됩니다.
