Preparation:
Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-20. Anti-Human IL-20-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA:
For detection of human IL-20 using sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use at 0.25–1.0 µg/mL. In conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human IL-20 (500-P190G) as a capture antibody, this biotinylated antibody detects at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant hIL-20.

Western Blot:
For detection of human IL-20 by Western blot, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. When used with compatible secondary reagents, detection limit for recombinant human IL-20 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
