MA1-515 detects aryl hydrocarbon (Ah) receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) from human, mouse, rat, and primate tissues.
이 항체는 Western blot, immunofluorescence, gel shift, immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation 절차에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 COS 세포 추출물에서 87 kDa 단백질을 검출합니다.
VT2 세포(Hepa 1-C4T mutant, ARNT 기능 결핍형)에 full-length human ARNT cDNA를 안정적으로 발현시킨 경우, MA1-515에 의한 면역형광 염색은 비-핵소체성 핵 염색으로 나타납니다.
Immunogen은 인간 ARNT의 잔기 771–789에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다.
Target Information
HIF-1 beta는 aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) 유전자 산물의 일종입니다.
HIF-1은 포유류의 산소 항상성 유지에 관여하는 핵 단백질로, HIF-1 alpha와 HIF-1 beta 두 서브유닛으로 구성된 이형이합체입니다.
정상 산소 조건에서는 HIF-1 alpha가 prolyl hydroxylation을 거쳐 ubiquitination 및 proteasome에서 분해되지만, 저산소 조건에서는 분해가 억제되어 전사 활성 증가를 유도합니다.
반면 HIF-1 beta는 산소 조건에 관계없이 안정적으로 유지됩니다.
HIF-1 beta 기능 이상은 저산소증 및 신장암 등과 관련이 있습니다.
저산소증은 심근 및 뇌 허혈, 암, 폐고혈압, 선천성 심장질환, 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 등 다양한 질환의 병태생리학적 요인으로 작용합니다.
