Target Information
TRIF (TICAM1)은 병원체 침입에 대한 선천적 면역 반응에 관여하는 어댑터 단백질입니다. TLR3 및 TLR4 (TICAM2를 통해) 신호전달에 사용되어 NF-κB 및 IRF 활성화를 매개하고 세포사멸을 유도합니다. 리간드가 수용체에 결합하면 TRIF가 TIR 도메인을 통해 모집되며, TBK1, TRAF6, RIPK1 등의 단백질을 동원하여 IRF3, IRF7, NF-κB, FADD 등의 전사인자를 활성화시킵니다.
