Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CCDC93 is involved in copper-dependent ATP7A trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and vesicles in the cell periphery. This function depends on its association within the CCC complex and cooperation with the WASH complex on early endosomes, as well as its interaction with WASHC2C.
