Target Information
HEF-1은 인테그린 기반 신호 전달에 관여하는 다기능 단백질로, 세포 이동성, 성장, 아폽토시스 및 종양 형성과 관련이 있습니다. Cas 계열 도킹 단백질은 FAK 및 Src 계열 티로신 키나아제의 기질로서 약물 개발의 중요한 표적입니다.
