Target Information
TLR3 (Toll-like receptor 3, CD283)는 선천 면역 활성화 및 병원체 인식에 중요한 역할을 하는 Toll-like receptor (TLR) 패밀리의 일원입니다. TLR3는 바이러스 감염과 관련된 dsRNA를 인식하며, NF-kappaB 및 Type I interferon 생산을 유도합니다. 인간에서는 주로 태반과 췌장에서 발현되며, 수지상세포 아형에서 제한적으로 나타납니다. TLR3는 MyD88 대신 TRIF를 이용하여 IRF-3 및 NF-kB 경로를 활성화하고, 염증성 사이토카인 생산 및 DC 성숙을 유도합니다. 또한 인플루엔자 A 및 웨스트나일 바이러스 등 다양한 바이러스 인식에 관여합니다.
