- pPTR II DNA (10,031 bp): Autonomously replicating vector for Aspergillus sp.

Applications
Selection of Aspergillus sp. transformants using pyrithiamine.

Notes
Do not use reagents containing thiamine during transformation, as traces of thiamine will decrease the selection efficiency of pyrithiamine media.
