The CytoScan HD Accel suite offers a reliable, consistent, and sensitive genome-wide approach for high-resolution DNA copy number analysis. It enables accurate identification of aneuploidies, microdeletions, microduplications, and other chromosomal aberrations to support cytogenetics research.

This bundle includes:

• 24 arrays and reagents sufficient for 24 reactions
• Amplification kit not included (sold separately)

The CytoScan HD Accel suite provides one of the most powerful sample-to-insight chromosomal microarray (CMA) research solutions available, delivering reliable and reproducible results. With enhanced speed, improved coverage, and smaller sample input requirements, it can increase laboratory productivity by up to 100% compared to other microarrays.

Chromosome Analysis Suite (ChAS) Software

ChAS Software enables visualization and summarization of chromosomal aberrations such as copy number gain/loss, mosaicism, and loss of heterozygosity (LOH).
