Sin Nombre Virus Glycoprotein 1은 Sin Nombre virus (SNV)의 외피 단백질 구조의 일부로, 설치류 매개 한타바이러스인 Bunyaviridae 계통에 속하는 음성가닥 RNA 바이러스입니다. 이 바이러스는 세 부분으로 구성된 게놈을 가지며, 한타바이러스 폐증후군(HPS)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
Hantavirus glycoprotein precursor (GPC)는 번역 후 절단되어 두 개의 당단백질 G1 (Gn)과 G2 (Gc)를 형성합니다. G1 glycoprotein은 숙주의 자가포식 기전에 의해 분해되며, 이러한 자가포식적 제거는 효율적인 바이러스 복제를 위해 필수적입니다.
