Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ELAVL1 gene encodes a member of the ELAVL protein family. The protein contains three RNA-binding domains and binds cis-acting AU-rich elements, which play a role in mRNA destabilization and gene expression regulation.
