Target Information
Histone H3는 모든 진핵세포 염색질에서 발견되는 DNA 결합 단백질 중 하나로, 다른 핵심 히스톤 단백질들과 함께 뉴클레오솜 구조를 형성합니다.
히스톤은 전사 조절, DNA 복제 및 복구, 염색체 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
H3의 N-말단 꼬리는 다양한 번역 후 수식(메틸화, 아세틸화, 인산화 등)을 받아 염색질 구조 및 전사 인자 결합에 영향을 줍니다.
