Target Information
Influenza A virus는 10개의 폴리펩타이드를 암호화하는 외피 바이러스입니다. RNA segment 7은 M1(matrix 1)과 M2(matrix 2) 두 단백질을 암호화합니다. M1은 colinear mRNA로부터, M2는 spliced mRNA로부터 합성됩니다. M2 단백질은 세 부분으로 구성된 막관통 단백질로, N-말단 24개 잔기, 막 고정에 관여하는 19개의 소수성 잔기, 그리고 C-말단 근처의 54개 잔기로 이루어진 세포질 도메인을 포함합니다. M2 단백질은 인플루엔자 바이러스 복제 및 비리온 입자 조립에 중요한 역할을 하며, 산 활성화 이온 채널로 작용하여 바이러스 복제에 관여함이 밝혀졌습니다.
