Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CDKL1 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase-Like 1) is a member of the CDC2-related serine/threonine protein kinase family.
It accumulates primarily in the nucleus. Alternative splice variants encoding different isoforms have been described, though their full-length nature has not been fully determined.
