Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Ubiquitin은 세포 단백질을 26S proteasome을 통해 분해하도록 표적화하는 highly conserved 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 polyubiquitin chain 또는 다른 단백질과 융합된 형태로 전구체 단백질로 합성됩니다.
이 유전자는 N-말단에 ubiquitin, C-말단에 ribosomal protein S27a를 포함하는 융합 단백질을 암호화합니다. 발현 후 번역 후 가공 과정을 거쳐 자유 ubiquitin 단량체와 ribosomal protein S27a가 생성됩니다. Ribosomal protein S27a는 40S ribosomal subunit의 구성 요소로, S27AE family에 속하며 C4-type zinc finger domain을 포함합니다.
유사한 방식으로 ribosomal protein L40과 S30도 각각 ubiquitin 또는 ubiquitin-like 단백질과 융합된 형태로 합성됩니다. 여러 가지 alternative splicing 변이체가 존재하지만, 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
