Target Information
PRAT4A (CNPY3) is a canopy family protein containing a saposin B-type domain. It acts as an accessory molecule for Toll-like receptor (TLR) recognition and mediates TLR-dependent immune responses. PRAT4A regulates TLR4 surface expression and maturation, and is involved in glycosylation processes. It is typically localized in the endoplasmic reticulum, contributing to innate and adaptive immune regulation.
