Target Information
PRAT4A (CNPY3) is a canopy family protein with a saposin B-type domain. It functions as an accessory molecule for microbial recognition via Toll-like receptors (TLR) and mediates TLR-dependent immune responses.
PRAT4A associates with the immature form of TLR4, regulating its cell surface expression, maturation, and glycosylation.
It is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and plays a critical role in both innate and adaptive immune responses.
