Target Information
HCV는 Flaviviridae과 Hepacivirus 속에 속하는 단일가닥 양성 RNA 바이러스입니다. 약 9600 nt 길이의 게놈은 비번역 영역(NTRs)으로 양쪽 말단이 둘러싸여 있으며, 약 3000개의 아미노산으로 구성된 폴리프로틴 전구체를 암호화합니다. 이 폴리프로틴은 숙주 및 바이러스 프로테아제에 의해 절단되어 구조적 단백질(core, E1, E2, p7)과 비구조적 단백질(NS2, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A, NS5B)을 생성합니다.
