Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열의 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 패밀리 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 C-terminal 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며 미토콘드리아와 공존하며, 핵 내 이동 신호에 따라 핵-세포질 간 셔틀링이 가능합니다. RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I signaling complex의 구성 요소로, apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 활성화에 약하게 관여합니다. Caspase-8은 CFLAR과 복합체를 형성하여 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하며, 이 복합체는 보호 기능에 필수적입니다.
