Product Specific Information
- Western blot에서 recombinant human VEGF165, mouse VEGF164, rat VEGF164와의 교차 반응성은 2% 미만입니다 (non-reducing 조건).
- 항체를 멸균 PBS에 0.2 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하십시오.

Target Information
VEGF(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) 계열에는 VEGF-A, VEGF-B, VEGF-C, VEGF-D, VEGF-E, PIGF가 포함됩니다. VEGF는 혈관신생(angiogenesis) 세포 신호의 주요 조절자로 알려져 있으며, 대부분의 종양은 VEGF에 의존적인 혈관신생을 필요로 합니다.
VEGF는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 단일 유전자로부터 생성되는 5가지 주요 isoform을 가지며, flt-1(VEGFR-1)과 flk-1/KDR(VEGFR-2) 수용체에 결합합니다. 이 수용체들은 주로 내피세포에서 발현됩니다.
