Target Information
MSP (또는 MST1)은 hepatic growth factor와 유사한 네 개의 kringle domain과 serine protease domain을 포함합니다. Serine protease domain을 포함하지만, 실제로는 단백질 분해 활성이 없을 수 있습니다. 이 단백질의 수용체는 RON tyrosine kinase이며, 활성화 시 섬모 세포의 섬모 운동을 자극합니다. MSP는 분비되어 α-chain과 β-chain으로 절단되며, 두 체인은 이황화 결합으로 연결됩니다.
