Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Isocitrate dehydrogenases (IDHs) catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate.
IDH1 is a NADP(+)-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase localized in the cytoplasm and peroxisomes, containing a PTS-1 peroxisomal targeting signal sequence.
This enzyme contributes to NADPH regeneration for peroxisomal reductions and cytoplasmic NADPH production.
This antibody specifically recognizes the IDH1 mutant R132H form.
